Keenen Dacosta is an experienced Application Support Analyst currently employed at RiverSpring Health featuring the Hebrew Home at Riverdale since November 2016. Dacosta’s expertise includes imaging and configuring laptops and desktops, providing hands-on support and training, troubleshooting application issues, and managing the resolution of support tickets. Prior to this role, Keenen served as a Level 1 Support Engineer at Lincoln Computer Services, where responsibilities included configuring Apple devices and managing VPN installations. Dacosta has also worked with The New York Racing Association, providing technical support for the Advance Deposit Wagering system, and has a background in desktop support and infrastructure management from previous positions at Thompson Hospitality and Oakwood University. Keenen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from Oakwood University.
