Greg Mace FIH has a strong background in the hospitality industry. Greg is currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at Riverstone. Prior to this role, they founded and managed Rapport Guest Services, a company that specializes in providing high-quality guest services to corporate organizations. Greg also served as the Managing Director of Portico Corporate Reception Management, where they successfully launched and grew the company's presence in the market. Earlier in their career, Greg held the position of Vice President - Client Services Manager at Merrill Lynch, where they oversaw various client-facing functions. Greg also served as the General Manager for the flagship London operation of Catering & Allied at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Additionally, Greg gained valuable experience at renowned establishments such as the Dorchester Collection and the Connaught Hotel.

Greg Mace FIH completed their Bsc (Hons) Degree in Hotel and Catering Management at the University of Surrey from 1986 to 1990. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality from the Institute of Hospitality London (expected in 2023) and as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England (obtained in 2020).
