Mike Fulkerson serves as the Therapeutic Child Support Program Manager at RiverValley Behavioral Health and has been a Senior Faculty Member at The William Glasser Institute since October 2015. Fulkerson holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Mental Health Counseling from Western Kentucky University, attained between 1992 and 1995, and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
