Lexie Huebner

Lexie Huebner has a diverse work experience. Lexie started working at Subway Restaurants as a server in 2008. Lexie then became a cooking instructor at Culinary Corner, located at the UND Wellness Center, from 2008 to 2013. In 2010, they worked as a camp counselor at Western 4-H. In 2011, Lexie joined Altru Health System as a patient access representative and later served as a patient access supervisor and pre-service manager until 2023. During this time, they also worked as a unit monitor at the USDA Human Nutrition and Research Center from 2011 to 2012. In 2015, Lexie became the owner of 1908 House Event Venue, a popular event venue in the Grand Forks area, where they managed the Vintage Red Barn, the Victorian Guest House, and the Little School House until 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Patient Financial Services at RiverView Health, starting in May 2023.

Lexie Huebner attended the University of North Dakota from 2005 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Nutrition. In May 2012, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Nutritionist from the North Dakota Board of Dietetic Practice (NDBODP).
