Meghan Hammond

As Director of Special Services, Meghan is responsible for facilitating IEP meetings, working with school districts, educational advocates and parents to coordinate services.

Prior to her position at Riverview, Meghan worked in both the public and private educational sectors. She built special education programs, conducted educational assessments and created individualized plans for students. Meghan earned a BA in Education from Boston College and a MA in Education from San Diego State University.

Meghan lives in Sandwich with her twin daughters. She spends most of her time driving and supporting her girls in their various activities. When she does have some free time, she enjoys reading, taking walks with friends, and doing crafts.
