Richard Ball

Richard Ball has extensive work experience in the education sector. Richard most recently worked as an Administrator and Athletic Director at Riverwalk Academy. Prior to that, they were the Principal of York Middle School for seven years. Richard also served as the Upper Midlands Regional Director for the South Carolina Association of Middle Level Education. Earlier in their career, they held roles as an Assistant Principal at Rock Hill Schools, Grier Middle School, and Ashbrook High School. Richard began their career as a Teacher at Northwestern High School. Throughout their various roles, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on increasing student achievement.

Richard Ball obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Winthrop University from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they transferred from Pfeiffer University where they were studying Sports Medicine from 1989 to 1990. Richard'shigh school education was completed at Fort Mill High from 1985 to 1989. Richard also pursued further education, earning a Master of Science in Sport Management from the United States Sports Academy and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Winthrop University. Richard studied Educational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University as well.
