Lisa Wong

Lisa Wong is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Riverwood Capital, responsible for administering the firm’s compliance program and overseeing legal matters. Prior to Riverwood, she was Head of U.S. Legal and Compliance at Pantheon Ventures, a private equity fund manager. Prior to that, she was a business transactions attorney at Baker & McKenzie.

Lisa earned a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law, and a B.A. from UC Davis.
