Blake Baade

Blake Baade has a diverse work experience, starting with their recent position as the Director of Talent Acquisition at RiverWoods. Prior to that, they held roles as the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiter at the same company. Before joining RiverWoods, Blake worked at Techneeds as a Recruiter and Contract Recruiter. Blake also has a long tenure at Adecco, where they started as a Client Program Supervisor and later progressed to roles such as Regional Recruiter, Client Service Manager, and Strategic Program Manager. At Adecco, Blake demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved notable accomplishments, including leading multiple Lean projects, developing a reporting system, and serving as an ATS software expert. Blake also has experience as a Project Manager at Clear Choice Home Improvements and as a Children's Program Supervisor at Mount Sunapee Learning Center. Early in their career, Blake worked as a Bartender at The Anchorage Restaurant at Sunapee Harbor, where they had responsibilities such as training staff, monitoring inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Blake Baade attended Plymouth State University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Syracuse University, studying Computer Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Blake Baade obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in February 2020. Blake also received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Purdue University in May 2018. Blake Baade holds a Level II Certified Instructor certification from the American Association of Snowboard Instructors, which they obtained in March 2012. Lastly, they obtained an Open Water Diver certification from Scuba Schools International in April 2003.
