Jamie Grant

Jamie Grant is an experienced IT and creative professional with a diverse background in technology support, web design, hospitality, personal assistance, and media production. Currently serving as Resident IT Support at RiverWoods since June 2022, Jamie focuses on resolving technology issues for residents. Previously, Jamie owned Webysites, a boutique web design company, and worked in hospitality as a Concierge at Marriott Hotels, demonstrating exceptional guest service skills. Jamie's extensive experience includes personal assistance for a notable private family, video editing for RealNetworks, recruitment strategies at Grapevine Staffing Group LLC, and production roles in the television industry with NBCUniversal and Brooks & Tobin Productions. Jamie holds an Associate degree in Film/Video/Audio and Photographic Arts from the New England Institute of Art and has completed additional coursework in Advertising and Creative Concept Development.
