Steven Van Cohen, MS, is a seasoned professional in leadership development and organizational culture. As a Partner at Sync Leadership Experiences since May 2015, Steven has collaborated with prominent companies such as Chick-Fil-A and Salesforce to enhance leadership skills. Additionally, as a Partner at Rivet, Steven supports a tech startup focused on strengthening workplace connections through an AI-powered platform. Steven has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Meyvn Global since July 2011, delivering impactful training programs for major corporations including Barrick and Bridgestone. Prior experience includes an organizational development consultancy role at Barrick Gold Corporation and a position as Account Manager/Training Specialist at AWI Engineering.
