Nikhil Bharadwaj has held a variety of roles in the finance and technology industries since 2002. Nikhil's career began with a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst role at Citigroup in 2002, followed by a Structured Finance Analyst role at Citigroup in 2003. In 2005, they joined Evercore Partners as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst, and then moved to The Carlyle Group as a Private Equity Investor in 2006. In 2009, they held a Product Manager role at Boliven, where they worked with the Founder and 5-member team of a start-up. In 2010, they held a Sales Operations (Consultant) role at EnerNOC and a Chief Operating Officer, Global Data role at Bloomberg LP, where they also worked on New Business and Product Strategy with the senior executive team. In 2018, they joined the Council on Foreign Relations as a Term Member. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of Rivet, where they are building the machine learning toolkit for finance with the mission of making every Finance team a performance powerhouse.
Nikhil Bharadwaj obtained their MBA from Harvard Business School and their B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
