Sean Moreno

Sean Moreno is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Rivetus Rehabilitation since February 2023, focused on aiding patients' recovery after hospital stays to promote safe and independent home transitions. Previous experience includes roles at HONOR HOME HEALTH and Five Star Senior Living, where Sean developed tailored exercise programs and provided education on safe transfer techniques. Sean also possesses skills in documentation, communication, and empathy from interactions with diverse patient backgrounds. Additionally, Sean has a photography business and serves as a professional photographer for Rock City Church. Sean earned an Associate of Science degree from North Central State College and is engaged in ongoing education with Trailhead by Salesforce.
