Zack Billingsley has a robust background in civil and environmental engineering, specializing in water resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering and Construction Services at RIVHAB Engineering Design since May 2024, Zack previously led the Water Group at Jacobs from October 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities included project management and water resources engineering. Prior roles include Water Resources Engineer at Roaring Fork Engineering and Wenck, contributing to various engineering projects. Zack holds a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Hydraulic Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and Saint Louis University, respectively.
