Andrew Capezzuto

Andrew Capezzuto is a seasoned legal and corporate affairs professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Affairs at Rivian since January 2024, where responsibilities include managing financial and tax incentive programs and enhancing community engagement initiatives. Previously, Capezzuto held roles at the Georgia Department of Economic Development from February 2015 to January 2024, including Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, overseeing strategic planning, legal compliance, and contract negotiations. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Group at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from September 2009 to February 2015, where Capezzuto managed a variety of litigation cases and provided substantial legal support. Capezzuto earned a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
