Chelsea Cox

Chelsea Cox, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of People Operations Program Management at Rivian, specializing in managing the Contingent Workforce Team and the FTE People Verification Team since March 2020. Prior to Rivian, Chelsea held the position of Senior Program Manager at Vaco from December 2012 to March 2020, where responsibilities included leading the definition and execution of National Accounts initiatives. Chelsea's career also included a role as a Vendor Management Specialist at Kelly Services, focusing on procurement processes, candidate screening, and supplier relationship management. Chelsea holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Michigan and a BA in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Business from Michigan State University.
