DeVarrio Raines serves as a Sr. Field Sales Guide and EV Advocate at Rivian since January 2025, focusing on EV education and community engagement. As the Principal Consultant at RainesWay, LLC since July 2021, DeVarrio enhances sales performance and client engagement through customized marketing strategies. Previous experience includes roles as Sales Manager, Internet Sales Director, and Internet Sales Manager at Sanderson Lincoln, where high closing ratios and improved customer experiences were achieved. DeVarrio also owned G.B.'s Catering and Food Services, managing a leading catering service from 1996 to 2018, and held the position of Sales Floor Manager at Uptown Motorcars, driving profitability and customer retention.
