Don Dandoo

Don Dandoo is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Rivian, with a focus on various launch projects including the R1S, R1T, Amazon Delivery Vans, and service vans for the European market since November 2021. Previously, Don held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Caresoft Global, contributing to the cycle line layout development for the Rivian Normal Manufacturing Plant, along with serving as Staff Engineer on projects involving Whirlpool and FCA. Don's earlier experience includes working as a Product Development Engineer at ISPT, LLC, where skills in high precision machining and reverse engineering were refined. Don holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRI Krishna College of Engineering and Technology.
