Gaurav Shinkar

Gaurav Shinkar, CSCA, is an accomplished engineer currently serving as a Sr Supplier Development Engineer in Design Industrialization at Rivian since June 2021, with prior roles including Senior Supply Quality Engineer and Supply Quality Engineer for various electrical systems. Gaurav has gained extensive experience in supply quality management, quality systems, and manufacturing processes, contributing to electrical wiring product changes and tooling validations. Previous positions include Supplier Quality Analyst at ATCO Industries, Quality Engineer/Project Coordinator at The University of Texas at Arlington, Graduate Research Assistant at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, and Supply Chain Analyst at HPCL Mumbai Refinery, where significant contributions were made in mechanical design and process improvement projects. Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Datta Meghe College of Engineering.
