Prior to Rivian, Jeff was the Production Supervisor at Nissan Motor Corporation from November 2020 to February 2021. Jeff's career at Nissan North America spanned from 2003 to November 2020, where roles included Leader of the Kaizen Team and Welder/Fabricator, demonstrating a strong foundation in production and process improvement.
