Matthew Bogue has extensive experience in the automotive and customer service industries, currently serving as the Field Delivery Guide Lead at Rivian since September 2021, following a role as Senior Field Specialist. Prior to Rivian, Matthew worked at Carvana from June 2019 to September 2021, progressing from Customer Advocate to Market Operations Team Lead. Matthew's career also includes significant tenure at Starbucks, where Matthew held various supervisory roles from October 2012 to June 2019. Earlier positions include an Audio Visual Technician at Visual Aids Electronics and a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Arizona State University, as well as educational experience from California State University, Monterey Bay, and Chabot College.
