Stephen Bardwell

Stephen Bardwell is a Lead Product Designer at Rivian, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Bardwell served as an Associate Creative Director at Instrument from December 2015 to October 2021, working with prominent clients such as Google, Nike, and Facebook. Previous experience includes positions as Associate Design Director and Design Lead at Chapter SF, contributing to projects for PayPal and Google, and a Designer role at Square. Bardwell's career also includes art direction at AKQA, serving clients like Audi and Levi's, as well as earlier design positions at Energy BBDO and BBR Creative. Academically, Bardwell holds an M.S. in Advertising with a focus on Art Direction from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
