Tommy Carrillo

Tommy Carrillo is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with extensive experience in managing significant transactions across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Real Estate - Service at Rivian since April 2022, Tommy is dedicated to advancing sustainable transportation. Previously, as Global Transaction Manager at Uber from October 2019 to March 2022, Tommy oversaw over 550 transactions across 70 countries, managing an 8 million square foot portfolio valued at $250 million. Prior roles include Senior Transaction Manager at CBRE for Google, where over 200 transactions worth $8 billion were executed, and Analyst/Transaction Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle on the Microsoft account. Tommy began the career as an Analyst at Red Door Interactive following a Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance from San Diego State University.
