Eddie has over 20 years of experience in retained search and is a leadership consultant and talent advisor. Eddie has worked with global, Fortune 1000 corporations as well as early stage, VC/Private Equity-backed companies. Prior to joining Riviera Partners, Eddie owned and managed their own firm. Eddie has placed over 300 executives in their career.

Eddie is also member of the MIT Enterprise Forum that supports and mentors emerging entrepreneurs to innovate and inspire.
