Kyle Langworthy is a seasoned executive in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as Partner and Head of AI, ML, & Data Practice at Riviera Partners since June 2019, following the acquisition of WorthyWorks. With a strong background in technology recruitment, Kyle founded and managed WorthyWorks from August 2016 to May 2019, focusing on enriching startup ecosystems with top-tier talent across major global cities. Prior experience includes roles at Software Guidance & Assistance, HumanEdge, Michael Page International, and AllianceBernstein, where Kyle specialized in business development and recruitment. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
