Stephen Kasmouski is an experienced executive search professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and team management. Currently serving as a key member of the Private Equity Practice at Riviera Partners since February 2020, Stephen contributes to the firm's reputation as a leading tech-enabled recruiting service. Previously, Stephen held the role of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Endurance International Group, focusing on assisting small businesses in the digital marketplace. An accomplished leader at WinterWyman, Stephen progressed from General Manager and Partner to President of the Search and Executive Search practices, co-leading operations and strategic growth. Stephen's career at Winter, Wyman and Company began in 1994, where responsibilities included managing the Software Technology team and maintaining a top producer status.
