Lee Kibler

Lee Kibler possesses extensive experience in engineering and management within the water and wastewater sectors, currently serving as an Engineer W/WW and Superintendent of Water Operations at Riviera Utilities since July 2004. Responsibilities include process development, SCADA management, capital project oversight, and employee management. Kibler previously supervised water and wastewater operations for the City of Foley, demonstrating strong technical expertise in SCADA communication and programming. Prior roles include Supervisor of Process Engineering at Delphi Mechatronic Systems, Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Supervisor at Morganite Carbon Limited, and Robotic Welding Engineer/Supervisor at Atlantic Industries. Lee Kibler holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an ASMET in Robotics from Piedmont Technical College. Additionally, involvement with Boy Scouts of America from 2008 to 2012 emphasized team building, leadership, and youth mentorship.
