Jamie Sahara

Jamie Sahara is a private investor in a variety of companies that provide risk transfer solutions through insurance, reinsurance, and other financial services. Mr. Sahara is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rivington Partners, a managing general underwriter focused on specialty property and casualty insurance programs. He is an Investor in and Founder of VALE Insurance Partners, a managing general underwriter providing transactional liability solutions for the merger & acquisitions industry. He is an Investor in and Chairman of United Insurance Company, a global insurance and reinsurance company focused on alternative risk transfer solutions for the captive insurance market.

In October of 2019, Mr. Sahara and the Quasha Group, led by Quadrant Management, acquired the payroll, underwriting and services businesses of Applied Underwriters, a global risk services firm providing workers compensation insurance among other financial services, from Berkshire Hathaway in a highly structured and innovative transaction.

Mr. Sahara has previously worked at top-tier insurance and reinsurance firms including General Re, Swiss Re and DGU Insurance Associates.

Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University where he received an athletic scholarship and served as captain of the tennis team.
