Jason Sears

Prior to joining Rivington Partners, Jason was an Executive Vice President at Dual Commercial, a Managing General Agency with $200M in annual gross written premium.

Jason has worked in numerous capacities and areas of the insurance marketplace in his career, including carriers (QBE, ASI), underwriting (AIG), reinsurance brokerage (B&W Re) and captive / reinsurance structures (Commonwealth Risk Services).

Jason graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A. in History and played Varsity Soccer.
