Patrick Moakley

Patrick Moakley is an experienced environmental underwriter currently working at Rivington Partners since March 2019, specializing in Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL) and Pollution Legal Liability (PLL) insurance for small to mid-sized businesses, with a focus on pre-existing conditions and facilities with older storage tank systems. Prior to this role, Patrick served as a field scientist at Terracon, conducting environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance, and as an assistant scientist and field technician at REDOX TECH LLC, where expertise in remediation technologies and project compliance was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes work as a parks technician with Wake County, supporting park operations and ecological programs, and as a wildlife biologist intern with the National Park Service, focusing on sea turtle conservation.
