Marty Ellner

Marty Ellner, PMP, has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the aerospace and defense industry. Marty began their career at EDO Corporation in 1985 as a Project and Design Engineer. Marty then moved on to become a Program Manager and later the Director of Business Development at EDO Corporation from 1998 to 2007. Following this, Marty joined Exelis (formerly EDO Corporation then ITT) as the Director of Programs from 2007 to 2013. Marty then joined Marvin Engineering as a Business Development Executive from 2014 to 2015. Marty then moved on to Air Industries Group, where they held the positions of Director of Business Development from 2015 to 2017 and Director of Operations from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at RIX Industries since 2018. Throughout their career, Marty has developed expertise in program management, business development, and operations.

Marty Ellner, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aeronautics from Dowling College. Additionally, Marty has a Masters degree in Engineering Management from LIU Post. Marty has also obtained the Program Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute.
