Jakub Kondelka

Jakub Kondelka is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Global Sales at RIXEN Cableway GmbH since April 2024, Jakub previously held roles as a Sales Transformation Consultant at SBR Consulting, where expertise was provided to fast-growing companies, and as the Founder of Jakub Kondelka Growth Consulting, focusing on tailored sales growth strategies. Jakub's leadership experience includes serving as CEO of Hydrologic Social Enterprise, where financial and social impact goals were achieved through strategic management and product development. Additional consulting experience was gained at Whitten & Roy Partnership, managing clients across multiple countries, and at Southwestern Advantage, where recruitment and training efforts led to significant sales achievements. Jakub Kondelka holds a degree from Metropolitan University Prague, completed between 2011 and 2014.
