Tigin Canci is an experienced Human Resources professional with a progressive career in managing talent and culture functions across various hospitality and healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Talent & Culture Manager and Director of Talent & Culture for the Kazakhstan Region at Rixos Hotels, Tigin has previously held key positions such as Global Office Human Resources Manager at Meeting Point Hotels, Cluster Human Resources Manager for Kemer Country Golf Club, İstiklal Palas Hotel, and Demirören Mall at Demirören Yatırım Holding, as well as Head of Human Resources for the Türkiye Mediterranean and South East Anatolia Hospitals at Dünyagöz Hastaneler Grubu.
