Hassan al-Dughaither

Hassan Al-Dughaither has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Hassan currently serves as the Human Capital Director at a confidential government agency. Prior to this role, they held several senior positions at Riyad Bank, including Senior Vice President and Manager of various departments such as Reward & Organizational Development, Reward & Recognition, and Reward & Organization Design. In these roles, Hassan was responsible for developing and implementing remuneration strategies, designing reward and recognition structures, and ensuring the effective performance management and organizational structure of the bank.
