Mohammad al Jali

Mohammad Al Jali has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Mohammad is currently the Head of Human Capital at Riyad Capital since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Acting HR Strategy and Transformation Head at Mobily from May 2021 to January 2023. Mohammad also worked at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) from August 2016 to May 2021 as the Employee Services Head - VP. Before that, they had various roles at Al-Faisaliah Group (JSC) including Acting HR Operation & Systems Manager, Payroll Supervisor, Senior HR Officer, and Payroll Specialist from 2012 to 2016. Mohammad'scareer began as an Administrator at Al Mufaddally Trading Establishment from March 2008 to March 2012.

Mohammad Al Jali has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Arab Open University - Saudi. Mohammad also holds a Diploma of Education in Accounting and Business/Management from the Institute of Public Administration-Saudi Arabia.
