Mohammad Alharthi's work experience includes various roles at different companies. From 2005 to 2005, they worked at NCB as a Customer Services representative, where they opened deposit accounts, conducted customer interviews, and resolved account issues. Since 2010, Mohammad has been employed at Riyad Capital, starting as a Sr. Equity Financial Analyst and later transitioning to Portfolio Manager, Senior Equity Fund Manager, and currently serving as the Head of Local Equity Fund. In their roles at Riyad Capital, they covered sectors in the Saudi Stock Exchange Market, prepared reports and presentations, and performed financial analysis and valuation using various methods.

Mohammad Alharthi completed their BBA degree in Finance from King Saud University from 1999 to 2003. Mohammad. then pursued a Diploma in Banking & Financial Services from CDI College from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they attended Saint Mary's University from 2008 to 2009 where they obtained a Master's degree in Finance. In 2009, Mohammad enrolled at the University of Toronto and completed a certificate program in Financial Analysis and Investment Management.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammad has obtained several certifications. These include Advanced Valuation from Amsterdam Institute of Finance, CME-1 from Capital Market Authority, Financial Analysis, Modelling & Forecasting from GLOMACS, and passing the CFA level 2 exam from CFA Institute. Mohammad. also received certification in Structured Products: Risks, Valuation from Bocconi University School of Management.
