Saqer al-Otaibi

Saqer Al-Otaibi is an experienced IT professional with a focus on support and operations in the aviation sector. Currently serving as an IT Support & Operations Senior Officer at Riyadh Airports since March 2024, Saqer previously held the same position at Hlool Al-Oula between September 2023 and March 2024, managing ICT systems and networks across all terminals. Prior to that, Saqer was an ICT Communications Senior Officer at Riyadh Airports from February 2022 to December 2023, specializing in communication systems. Saqer's career also includes experience as a Project Engineer at Wipro Limited from February 2020 to February 2022, where support was provided to high-level management, and as an engineer at TAV Airports, working on flight systems and FIDS. Saqer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance of Computer Networking from Shaqra University, earned between 2011 and 2016.
