Umar Saleem

Umar Saleem is an experienced Reliability Engineer currently working at Riyadh Cement Company since August 2022. Previously, Umar held the role of Assistant Manager Inspection at Bestway Cement Limited from December 2021 to July 2022, where preventive maintenance inspections and vibration data collection were performed. At Pioneer Cement Limited, from October 2016 to December 2021, Umar served as Sr. Assistant Manager Reliability, focusing on Risk Based Inspections and developing monthly master plans for maintenance. Umar began the professional journey as a Career-Prep Fellow at Amal Academy and completed internships at Nestlé and UET Power Plant, gaining valuable skills in condition monitoring and energy utilization. Umar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
