Talia McCarthy

Talia Mccarthy is an experienced education leader currently serving as Vice Principal at Riyadh Schools since August 2023. Prior to this role, Talia held the position of Head of Curriculum at the Australian International School in Sharjah, UAE, where responsibilities included the development of the Curriculum and Pedagogy Annual Improvement Plan aligned with the school's strategic plan and the creation of curriculum mapping documents and assessment tasks. Talia also served as KS1 Achievement Leader at Enfield Learning Trust, focusing on curriculum, data, and reporting, and worked as a teacher in several primary schools including West Green Primary School, Kin Kora State School, and Coolum Beach Primary School. Talia holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching, all from CQUniversity.
