Noor M Noori

Noor M Noori is an experienced professional with a robust background in finance, project management, and monitoring and evaluation. Currently serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at RIZ Consulting since May 2022, Noor previously held key positions including Director of Finance and Accounting at the Ministry of Education and Senior Budget Specialist at the Ministry of Finance. Additional experience includes a role as Project Manager with the International Fund for Agricultural Development and Finance Manager for the N-FIER project funded by the Asian Development Bank. Noor began a career in finance as a Finance Officer at the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from the National Institute of Rural Development in India, an MBA in Accounting and Finance, and a BBA in IT from the University of Peshawar, along with early education in science.
