Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Global Transaction Banking Head at Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, Villanueva has a proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Prior experience includes significant roles at Bank of America, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., The Chase Manhattan Bank, and Citibank, where Villanueva successfully drove revenue growth and implemented innovative solutions across various financial services. Villanueva holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and MIS from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from De La Salle University.
