Tom Hill is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Head of Permanent Recruitment and Expert Recruiter at RIZE Recruitment since July 2015, Tom has a strong track record in managing recruitment processes. Prior to this role, Tom operated as a Self-Employed Account Manager and Expert Recruiter from February 2012 to June 2015. Tom's career began in the military as a Royal Marine Commando with HM Forces from May 2005 to July 2012, participating in several operational tours across the Middle East, Africa, and South America, which contributed to a robust skill set in high-pressure environments.
