Stefanie Koh currently serves as the Head of Finance & Strategy at Rize, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Stefanie was a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance at Grab from 2016 to 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with C-suite executives on strategic decisions, managing acquisitions and partnerships, and leading fundraising efforts. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Grab, Stefanie was also part of the founding team for the car leasing business, developing financial frameworks to scale operations across four countries. Earlier experience includes managing a family office investment portfolio at Khiam Chuan Marine, providing pro bono consulting at TechnoServe, and serving as Vice President of Investment Banking at DNB Markets, where advice was given to clients in shipping and energy industries. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Georgetown University.

Rize
Rize is an Agri-Tech startup formed through a joint venture between Temasek, Wavemaker Impact, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, GenZero to decarbonize rice cultivation in Asia. It is building a platform to identify and implement the most effective strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in rice cultivation, and the right economic incentives across the value chain to drive the adoption of sustainable cultivation techniques. Rize’s initial target markets are Indonesia and Vietnam, to be followed by India with plans to expand more broadly within the region. Rize seeks to collaborate with and build on the good work already carried out by organizations, corporates, startups, and academic institutions in the region.
