Connie leads Rizing’s Geospatial practice where she is responsible for setting the geospatial strategy for the company and for leading our geospatial business development efforts. She has over 35 years of experience in transportation and GIS and has worked with more than half of the US State Departments of Transportation (DOTs). She is a recognized leader in the GIS for the Transportation industry and serves on the GIS-T Planning and the TRB AED40 Geographic Information Science Committees.
