Crawford Owens

Crawford Owens is focused on the Energy and Utilities Practice. Crawford’s responsibilities include supporting global sales initiatives and maintaining strategic industry focus for Rizing consulting and development activities. Prior to joining Rizing, he was the Director of Technology Deployment for Electric Operations Organization at Pacific Gas & Electric Co (PG&E). Before PG&E, Crawford served in various capacities including Project Manager Information Technology, Manager Distribution Design & Engineering as well as Sr. Manager of Gas and Electric Operations at E. ON-US, a specialized energy solutions company. He has a Master's in Information Systems/Decision Sciences and an MBA. He has served as a professor of Project Management for Information Technology at Bellarmine University and holds various certifications in IT Project Management and Systems Design. Crawford is frequently featured at various institutions around the world as a guest lecturer on the topics of Project Management, Information Technology, and Systems Design.
