Matthew Davies is an experienced HR transformation and sales executive who has held various leadership roles in companies such as Rizing HCM and /N SPRO. Matthew has extensive experience in overseeing consulting engagements for large enterprise accounts in strategic industries such as utilities, financial services, and retail. Matthew has managed the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for several well-known companies including The Beer Store, Starbucks, SEPHORA, Puget Sound Energy, Costco Wholesale, Molson Coors Beverage Company, Sobeys, and BRP. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Computing degree from Monash University.
