Aliaksei Rashetnik

Aliaksei Rashetnik is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership. Currently serving as a Site Supervisor at Rizzani de Eccher since November 2018, Aliaksei oversees three high-profile projects, managing various tasks including cost estimation for labor and materials to ensure projects remain within budget. Previously, as a Construction Superintendent at JSV BELZARUBEZHSTROY from August 2012 to November 2018, Aliaksei led a diverse team of approximately 40 workers, coordinating efforts among laborers, steel structure installers, masons, and concrete workers, while maintaining strong communication with clients and vendors. Aliaksei holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Civil Construction from Polotsk State University.
