Jim Helfer

Jim Helfer has over 25 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as an IT Support Technician at RIZZO International since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jim Helfer worked as a self-employed professional from January 2020 to February 2022 and held the position of Computer Systems Administrator at WTW Architects from September 1995 to April 2017. Jim Helfer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, completing studies between 1984 and 1990.
