Maria Alessandra Neri

Maria Alessandra Neri has a robust background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as HR Director for Periodici and RCS Academy Business School at RCS MediaGroup since 2006. Prior roles at RCS MediaGroup include HR Manager for the Periodici division and Digital Development Business Unit, as well as Project Manager for Organization and People Development. Prior to RCS, Maria worked at KPMG Advisory as a Business Project Manager in the Insurance and People Advisory Services Areas and gained experience as a Senior Consultant in Change Management at Accenture. Maria holds a degree from Università Bocconi and a Master in Individual and Group Coaching from Corporate Coach U Italia, complemented by education at Liceo Scientifico.
