Robert Fulkerson

Robert Fulkerson has a long history of experience in the business and technical solutions design space. Robert began their career in 2005 as a Project Manager. In 2006, they were appointed President and CEO of RJ Reliance, Inc., a technical and business solution design company specializing in partnerships with Fortune 100 firms and SMB's. From 2008 to 2012, Fulkerson provided business analysis and consultation for various clients. In 2011, they provided design, project management, and implementation of an HRIS/time and labor management analysis for Ulta Beauty. In 2012, they worked on a task force to ensure full integration between HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping systems at AbbVie. Robert also provided business analysis and consultation of Kronos Workforce Management Suite for Williams Lea and Access Community Health Network. In 2013, they worked on the deployment of a Workday Payroll and HCM solution for AbbVie. In 2015, they managed the implementation of Kronos timekeeping solution deployment for Follett.

Robert Fulkerson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1989 and 1993. Robert also holds an IT Project Management Certification from George Washington University.
