Jay Conklin

Jay Conklin, P.E. has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Jay started their career in 1993 at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where they served as a Senior Structural Engineer and later became a Specific Area Team Leader. In 1998, they joined R.J. Watson, Inc. as a Project Design Engineer and eventually became the Engineering Manager. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President of Project and Business Development at R.J. Watson, Inc. since May 2020.

Jay Conklin, P.E. received a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University in 1993. Jay obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the New York State Education Department in 2000 and another PE certification from the Ohio Board of Engineers and Surveyors in 2016. Jay also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained in 2016.
